DescriptionLeaves are of Goats Rue are traditionally used in Europe to clot milk in cheese production. Folk medicine in Europe utilises the leaves to increase lactation in feeding mothers. Veterinary use of the leaves is as a feed for diary herds to increase milk production. Goats Rue is indigenous to the Mediterranean area and prefers deep, moist, well-drained soils in an open sunny position. Drought and frost sensitive.
