DescriptionLions Tail is sometimes known as Wilde Dagga, The highly decorative large orange flowers occurring on long spikes. A tea made from the dried leaves is used as a remedy for high bloods pressure, headaches and colds. A smokable euphoric. “Dagga” is the name given to marijuana in southern Africa, hence the name “Wilde Dagga”. Lions Tail is native fo South Africa and prefers light to medium, well drained soils in an open, sunny position. Drought and frost tender. An evergreen shrub, growing to 1.5m x 1m.
