DescriptionTea of the stems used a welcoming beverage and general tonic. Action is astringent, dilating the bronchial and drying the sinus. Morman Tea is native to the American Southwest and prefers warm, dry soils in an open sunny position. Drought and frost resistant. Perennial, low growing shrub to 1.5m. Dormant in the summer. Tiny yellowish flowers in early spring.
