DescriptionFeijoa is sometimes referred to as Pineapple Guava Feijoa is a bushy and attractive evergreen shrub. Beautiful and plentiful flowers produce medium to large berries that are about 5cm long - delicious strawberry / pineapple flavour. Fruit usually falls to the ground before ripe. Plant two close together for cross- pollination, may be used as a windbreak. Feijoa is a native of South America and is adaptable to most soils and prefers an open, sunny position. Drought and frost tender. An evergreen shrub, growing to 2.5m x 2m. | |||||||
