DescriptionVisnaga is also known as Khella, Toothpick Plant and Honey Plant. The seed contains compounds that are used to treat asthma, muscle spasm and particular heart problems. Leaves have a pleasant, cress-like flavour. Long lasting white flowers. Visnaga is native to the Mediterranean and is adaptable to any well drained soil in an open, sunny position. Drought and frost tender. An annual plant, growing to 1.2m.
