Fang-Feng plant, Saposhnikovia divaricata, is sometimes known as Chinese Laserwort and Siler. Traditionally used to a remedy for colds and flu and to treat infections and sinus problems. Fang-Feng is a foundation herb in the Chinese system of herbal medicine. Thought of as a warming herb that harmonise liver and spleen activity. Dried herb currently used as a remedy for spasm, pains in the head, body and arthritis. Leaves are used as a pot herb. Fang-Feng is an herbaceous perennial plant and prefers a sunny position. Best production in well structured soil.
