Description
Vermouth is made from Roman Wormwood plant, Artemisia pontica. Not as bitter as common wormwood and when used in remedies is considered weaker. Also known as “Petite Absinthe” and used as an insect repellent. Roman Wormwood plant is native to southern Europe and is adaptable to most soils and conditions. Numerous flowers are yellowish green, occurring midsummer. Drought and frost resistant. A perennial plant, growing to 1.5m x 2m.
